Chicken: Lemon Rosemary Chicken, Roasted Baby Red Potatoes, Chef’s Blend Vegetables: Floured and pan-seared chicken breast served with a lemon and rosemary cream sauce.

Pork: Roasted Pork Tenderloin, Parmesan Risotto, Roasted Asparagus: Pork tenderloin that's been marinated overnight in Italian seasonings and slow-roasted.

Vegetarian: Mediterranean Pasta: Linguine pasta, smothered with tomatoes, red onions, peppers, mushrooms, spinach and garlic then topped with feta cheese and a balsamic butter sauce
